One customer will win a dinner gift certificate to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse for $100 each month. All survey respondents will receive a $5 check for their participation via mail. One check per household. To receive $5 and entry into the drawing, respondents must complete the survey in full and provide valid information. Upon completion of requirements, we will ship your check to your provided shipping address.

Southeastern Door & Window is not responsible for lost gift certificates or checks. Winners will be notified by mail or telephone. One drawing entry per household. Drawing is conducted by independent company. Customers may enter only one time. Participation is based on window, door, sales, service or installation purchase. Contractors are not eligible for participation.

Drawing is monthly with one winner per month. Email and direct mail survey participants are combined into one monthly drawing. Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties. Direct mail respondents must complete the return address portion within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for drawing.

Southeastern Door & Window is not responsible or liable for illegible handwriting on direct mail pieces. Illegible handwritten returned mail is disqualified.
